hi. i'm new here. well...this isn't exactly about marijuana...but i just thought to post here because some of you people may have been in a similar situation. well...a few days ago, a friend of mine, and some of his friends called me, asking if they could buy some alcohol from me (we have a huge 'bar' like thing at my house, and my mom doesn't drink, so she doesn't keep count or anything). i was hesitant at first, but eventually gave in. i sold a bottle of vodka for 15 dollars. early the next morning, i'm awakened with a slam on my door, with my mom yelling "did you sell joe a bottle of vodka??!!". i...was in shock...about how the hell she could've found out. well...what happened was my friend and his buds got drunk...and..screwed around...like broke a car window..and ran from the police, but were arrested. so now, all of them are going to probation courts or whatever, and...all this legal bullshit...and the bastard kids told who they got the liquor from. so...the police know it's me...but..they haven't yet called...or done anything to me. i'm really worried that either the police will call me, or one of the parents of the kids will bring me into this. i...don't know what's going to happen, truthfully. do you know what could happen....what probably will happen...and what i should do? thanks. later.

thats some fucked up shit they ratted you like that man well the only thing i can see is if your over 21 it could be selling alchoholic beverages toa minor but if your under 21 i can only think probation sorry dude that sucks sounds like something my friends would do but they wouldnt rat me out sorry yo

dude tell the police they forced you to sell it to them. tell your mom you put the money you got for it in the cash register. its not good to lie but they grassed on you.

Don't admit to selling it - but I think even you did confess, they couldn't do much, you're a minor too. It's illegal for an adult to give alcohol to a minor but not minor to minor I think

hey man that sux ass... sorry your friends r rats... dude for one thing even though u didnt buy the vodka in the first place if it was full u could have gotten more for it... but i dont think they will do much... just tell the police u felt very pressured into the sale... if they have to talk to u... good luck with whatever happens...

first of all, get a baseball bat and kick the ever living shit out of the "frends" who ratted on u, cops most likely wont come to ur door they prolly jus wanted to know where the kids got the alcohol, but u need to kick the shit out of em or plant weed on him at skool and tell on him call crimestoppers, u get a reward

i wouldnt worry too much. because they grassed you in to the cops i would tell the cops you were threatend or something so you just gave in. those bastards shouldnt have grassed on you
