man thats your younger sister cuz? force her ass into your house or something and yell and get every emotion out about how bad it is what shes doing, you have got to let her know how fucking crazy shes acting, common thats your younger sister, really give her a sense of how much she means to you and that shes fucking her brain and mind up from these other drugs. try and get her to smoke alot of weed as an alternative cuz if she does give in and says she wont do it anymore or checks into rehab, shes still gonna do drugs anyway in secret so try and get her to only smoke weed and alot of it. check in on her often, make her your new best friend.

Yes, any threat to an individual self or other persons does not remain confidential. Same goes for doctors and such, if you are a harm to yourself or others they have the right to contact the autorities.

Depends though I guess, if your sister is under eighteen it might involve parental consent. If she is over eighteen then I am pretty sure the cops can have her taken into a rehab setting.
Why does the government need to get involved exactly? It needs to be dealt with with family. So if she has any semblance of the real world left, she realizes she has her family and they care, and it wasnt the cops who dragged her into rehab.

in an inferential tone Have her family take her in then. Ignoring the situation will only make it worse. If the family was caring they would put her into rehab, but if she is a threat to herself or others then the authorities have every legal ramification to take her in.

Not trying to be insensitive here, just looking for the general well being of the indivudual.

yesterday i took her out and bought her lunch and went for a drive and told her what i thought about her fucked up habits. she was a bit calmer than she was before, but i couldnt convince her to get help or go to rehab. she insisted that she doesn't have a problem, and keeps telling me to mind my own business. i kept trying to give advice but it started to turn into a fight so i just dropped it...

also, the boyfriend was saying shit behind my back, going around telling everybody that im a crackhead myself and was just trying to get a hold of her drugs...........so i have to straighten him out again. im at risk of being charged after the first few times i beat him up, so i can barely touch him

my parents aren't helping me out a whole lot, and are pretty much telling me to drop it, and telling themselves that she'll learn her lesson on her own

they might be right though, the only thing left to do is to get somebody else to drag her into rehab, but i dont even know if that would work now

Okay... Well then don't worry about her boyfriend then. I'll tell you she will learn her lesson eventually. But each way that she will learn her lesson will screw up her life completly. She will either 1. End up dead, 2. Get too addicted. 3. Move to harder drugs if theres a droughtage. 4. Go to jail. 5. OD. 6. Go to rehab.

Jail, Rehab and OD is the only way I can see it come out in a good way possibly.

Going to jail can stop it, and she can learn there, Maybe.

Rehab could work its probably the safest way. But she's young she is most likely gonna be a rebel.

OD can work, but she has to live through it, and taken to hospital. Most likely will make sure she never does it agian.

So unless she figures it out on her own, without anything wrong happening. Then letting her learn it on her own won't be good. So I wouldn't drop it...

him and his bro came after me, so i got my bro to come back me up and...nothing ended up happening cause they chickened out and we didnt wanna start some stupid war between families so we were just there to prevent a fight, which worked, cause me and my bro are a couple of buff gangstas ya know

apparently he kicked my sister out cause they got in a big fight, so she's at a friends place now
