since when is joy riding a tractor a felony



Well this is what happened
next to our smoke spot we saw a tractor thats never been there before
( our smoke spot is in the middle of no were its outside city limits next to a couple of houses that are getting built )
well the tractor had the key in it
( we were high and a little bit drunk at the time )
so we took it for a quick spin
While we are driving we spot a Highway patrol car well he passes us then turns back around and the fucker drives through this big ass dirt field over to us and once we see him coming straight towards us we all hop this fence into these houses that are being built and right when we hop the wall we saw another cop right over the wall and he fuckin hops out of his car and chases me and grabs me and pushes my face into the ground
while my friends were running away i was getting beaten by the fucker

well i got caught and then later on in the day they caught my dumb friends

Well i guess the tractor was stolen when we took it for a spin so they have been looking for it

In the end the guy that owned the tractor decided to drop the charges and pretend like nothing happened but i have to work for him on his farm for 2 weeks for 6 hours everyday


I GOT EXTREMELY LUCKY that they dropped the charges or else i would of had a felony on my record

one o my friends lives on a farm, n we joyrided his tractors many-a-time, we've even raced two of his tractors before when we were really drunk (i was also stoned, but that group of friends was anti-weed)

Yeah, what everyone else is saying is how your lucky and shit. I have a question though, if a cop is going after you..why would you guys even think of running from them? At least you guys had your fun for the moment before you got busted and have to do work at his place.

i've got a friend who had to get all kinds of certificates for his school, to later drive things like miniloaders, diggers, bulldozers and shit. those things are amazing, especially the little mini bulldozer things that look like a tin can.

well we ran because we were high and also beacuse he was saying on his megaphone shit that he was going to sick the dogs on us and shit so when he said that it made us run even faster lol
and we had weed on us so we didn't really want to get caught
