2.... im a believer of the slow and constant pull... lasts longer and gets you as high if not higher... i have experimented pulling different ways... and i think
that every person has a different way to toke... personally i like to pull steadily but not with a great deal of force... then suck the air in like genius said... so that it floats into you...

3.. dont eat weed... it will give you a stomach ache... and you will shit leaves... just look up a good reciepe and make some hash butter or oil...

I've eaten weed about 10 times and I never got a stomache ache or shit leaves... Maybe your just doing it wrong or your weed was bad but it usually tastes really good to me and makes me feel better.

Hot box a car, then breath very steadily in through your nose then exhale through your mouth... wait till all the smoke is gone and i guarantee you... you will not walk for the rest of the day or yet even two.
