Need your practice for acne treatment

Hi,
Give me advice please. My problem is described below.
I'm young man. I have a strange kind of acne. Strange because I've tried many methods to clear my skin with no result.
It's very important for me to make my skin clean and healt.
Does anyone have such problems?
What kind of remedy do you use? And what about result?
Can you suggest me treatment which was efficient for your skin?
I'm really need your advice for it!

Acutane worked for me, that and I grew out of it. Give it time mate, give it time.

a doctor can give you special creams for intense acne. and ive heard that sometimes they can even give you pills.

my friend suffered severe acne b4, n he was given pills, he got really depressed for the whole duration, not to put u off, they worked for him gr8, u cud nvr tell he once had acne

I've had friends get great results from Proactive...then again, my best friend's boy took pills that cleared him up completely. Only problem is they did really depress him and he wasn't supposed to drink while taking them!

yea i tried proactive but it didnt work for me...im starting to think that i should give it another try...maybe i wasnt using it right or something...
