it goes on the color of the thc on the buds you need 30x mag microscope to see them
but they change color from a white to a milky white and then to amber..this all depends no what kinda stone your after
milky white gives you (well me) a head stone were as waiting a bit longer for them to turn amber will give you (me) a couch lock heavy stone

hash oil RULES man, i love that stuff, tho being a piper its hard to smoke unless u make neat joints...
i usualy get it into empty capsules n swallow it :p
or u can use hash oil to stick all those lovely nice big leafs together to make a 100% weed blunt wrap

tho it needs a coupla layers

i have a hydro meter it checks the temp and humidity
i have a 100mm (4") inline fan sucking air in and a 125mm (5") sucking warm smelly air out thru a carbon filter
i have a thread on the grow room set up forum of all my set up
