Celebrate New Year's alone?

So, this year I can decide to either go to my room in the Netherlands, get high as fuck and spend new year's alone, or stay at home, celebrate it with the 'rents, and a couple of old people I don't know. I'll probably be playing monopoly sober, with a couple of 15yr old girls (dad's collegeage's daughters) at home.
What should I do? Most of my friends aren't here, so I can't do anything with them either, and I'm not gonna go to some party alone.
So it's either celebrating new years with some crappy people, or alone with weed (probably some spacecake aswell).

Since it'll be New Year's Eve, chances are the adults of the household will be tipping a few drinks in celebration, correct? Couldn't you go outdoors to smoke a joint and re-join the festivities?

As much fun as smoking up alone can be, wouldn't you rather spend some time with your family?

I'm 19. I don't have weed at my parents house. I don't particulary like my family, they're alright, but I probably won't like the guests. They'll be talking about how my laptop got stolen and if I'm doing ok in uni (failed last year, although not because of weed if you're wondering!). So, those are not fun things to talk about for me. And I know that they'll talk about it because on sunday 3/4 of my relatives were here, and thats the only things they talked about when I was there.
edit: I'm just thinking if it's addictive behaviour I'm portraying here, wanting to celebrate it alone and high on weed.

Looks like you already pretty much know what you'd prefer doing lol. Smoking up alone is always fun needless to say but it's not really anything different. If it were me, I'd definately find a way of doing what Gorecore said rather than just chilling on my own.
