making friends with your dealer

has anyone else become good friends with there dealers? my current dealer i acquired through a friend and its funny because the guy hates my friend and usualy wont do shit for him..but ive started to become friends with the guy and smoke n shit with em and he hooks me up better then anyone. This guy will go the extra mile for me because i give him respect and treated him like a friend since the day i met him. he gives me deals left and right and gets me shit he would never get for anyone else and doesnt aim for a profit when he sells to me. he even spots me when im low on funds. Im just curiouse if anyone else is like me and ends up friends with all there dealers. sometimes i just wonder if im lucky that i meet trustable people or if its a trick of the trade to befriend your dealers :p.

ye, i good friends with my dealer, hes so good to me, always cuttin me nice deals, always rings me when good shit is in (rather than the usualy soapbar) cos bud goes very fast its so rare, so he always calls me b4 he sells to others.
he also allows me to go on loan if i cant get the money, which he doesnt let anyone else do, so thats pretty cool, tho i avoid doing that with a passion (got a thing against oweing people money..)
i wouldnt say its a trick of the trade, i would just say its curtious? lol

I never feel like their real friend, and I feel like I just use "we're friends" as an excuse to get nice chops. If a friend becomes a drug dealer after we're already chills w/ eachother that's a different story, but I try not to get close to dealers.

I'm kinda friends with my dealer, don't ever smoke with him but i'v been a regular customer for a few years now. I use other dealers but he deals really close to me so he's the easiest. So i'm one of the few that he tells when he's got good bud and puts some aside for a few hours for me, and tops me up if he's late or something. But dunno, i'v only had a few conversations with him so he's not really my friend. Rambles a bit but i am kinda high

I try to get to know my dealers, why the hell not? It's two people who share a common bond, could make a good friendship man. Unless you buy from some shady hound dog roaming the streets that you don't even know, I don't see why you wouldn't want to make friends with the people you get your weed from.

my current dealer i have been friends with for about 9 years.... we play basketball together... it works out well to be such a good mate with him, cause he doesnt stooge ya... and is always willing to do a favour.... ie will hold his last gram or two for me rather than some other schmo!

im pretty great friends with my dealer. it started off slow though. he thought my friends and i were like 15 and hes like 21 so he only ever sold to us then kicked us out of his place. then we told him we were really 18(our actual ages) and ever since then we always asks to hang out, even if were not buying. and if we dont go over for like a week he totally misses us. plus were tight buds with his live in gf. i got him a christmas present:) its a shot glass that says i love weed

went to high school wit a bunch of dealers so i always use to joke around n goof off in glass with them. its great cause when u got history or ur good friends wit ur dealer, they can give u deals they usually wouldnt for anyone else.......but i guess that was the point of this thread. sorry didnt read all the posts

And i'm really friendly to people who buy my stuff.

i mean, this is people you see regulary, you have to be friend with em, or at least, talk a bit to know em better

I don't know if I would call myself and my dealer "friends" but I would call us good aquantences (spelling?). He calls me when he's around and wants to blaze, stops by, we blaze watch some TV or listen to music, and he peaces. We have more contact than just "Yo I need some."

One important thing though, just cause your friends doesn't mean you can get away with shit. They'll go from being your friend to your worst enemy in a heartbeat when it comes down to $$$....
