My dad recently had to reformat, too many bugs and shit...anyways instead of using Windows as the OS now he uses Ubuntu, I think it's Linux or some shit? Anyways it annoys the hell out of me, I wanted to know if anyone knows how to install windows-compatible programs on Ubuntu..
Or also if anyone has links to plugins for media players, it won't play stuff like .wmv, .mpeg, .avi, etc...
