Anyone here got any tattoos?

Jus wonderin.. I got one a while back, I researched my maori ancestors (which took me months) and got a cool tribal tat a little like the one in my avatar on my arm.

Right now I'm looking at getting my other arm done, with 3 symbols which really mean something to me which'll be cool. Also looking into aboriginal tattoos, haven't found any that caught my eye plus have no way of tracing back ancestors.

Cool! I like tattoos.. and I'm definately gonna get one when I turn 18 (due to parents they won't let me set one b4 that age) I don't want to set just some tribal that looks cool.. But it also doesn't have to be anything with a true lifestory in it.. It just has to be cool. I'm not that fan of tribals .. but I do like to look of a star or 3 on the inside of my lower arm, although that isn't original anymore either..

I still have 2 years to decide, and knowing myself I won't take anything that I don't like now, or will dislike later on.

Though I'm thinkin of a tattoo in my neck or a big ass one on my shoulders.

I see tattoos as a kind of accessory to my body, like a necklace that stays forever.. I also thought about getting a tattoo in the shape of a necklace or bracelet or anything in that purpose. anyway i'm excited to get one, though have to find the right thing =)

Got one of these to celebrate my Irish/Norwegian heritage. About the same size, on my back. Only difference is there's no outer circle on mine, and it's red.

thinking on getting one but i wanna get one that has meaning, but there are a few others that dont but seem cool to me... im really considering

a celtic mandala
1. because im part irish
2. because it represents protection and luck (both which i wouldnt mind having a lil more of)

some other ideas are:

think its kinda cool but so far ive only seen it with girls

jap symbol
either of lucky, protection, something like that

fighting leprechaun or 4 leaf clover

I'd like to show my other heritage: australian. but i dont know of any symbols id like to get as a tat. any suggestions?
