cleaning your peice

first id like to say im new here so hi guys. ive been smokin bud since last summer.

i was wonderin the best way to clean my peice (namely a glass pipe). its gettin pretty filled up with ash and such. but i need a way to clean it so that my parents would have no clue, like smell and all that. got any ideas?

pipe cleaners, or soak in hot soapy water, washin up liquid works well !

ill try that, but it may be difficult seein as my mother doesnt work so shes home all the time. might be tricky but i think i can get it done.

stick some rubbing alcohol and salt into a plastic bag with the pipe and shake it around for a while. Once you shake it around for a while take it out and rinse with water.

if u put it in a solution of baking soda and water and boil it up for a few minutes the baking soda should eat away all the resin and leave it spanking clear. Dunno if that would make it smell though.....

I boiled my bowl last week, and was gonna evaporate the water afterwards and get all the rez.

I took the bowl out of the water, let it cool for like 10-15 mins, and it felt ok.
I then went to rinse it, and I guess the change from hot to cold was still too sudden, and my bowl fuckin cracked..
Then I wound up forgetting to evap the water, and dumped it in the sink...
I suggest not doing that.

Most of my friends use the salt + rubbing alcohol, works especially well in bongs, cause u can just dump it in there.

If it leaves behind any spots you get it with a q-tip while it's still wet.
