Only thing I can say for sure is that it was exposed to some cold temperatures.

Purple is a result of a drop in temperature. Some strains turn purple it higher temperatures than other. So I think it's safe to say it's a different strain from the others.

It's pretty hard to determine a strain from just looking at it. Do you know anything about the seed or clone it came from?

I got the seeds from a friend, but all his plants where green too, must have been another strain in them.
