My SETUP *Finally pics*

hey guys a little update on my box. i can basically start growing now but location that i thought would work isnt gonna cut it, so im gonna keep the box in the garage. anyway, im making a reflector for my hps because the other one i have has open ends, so i designed a new one... check it out.





also, i just planted one of my germinating seeds in my other grow space... the stereo speaker box. check it out...





well wat do you guys think of it so far?

Little update...

made a cardboard model of the hood to see if any modifications were neccessary...

if i just have a 40 watt desk lamp, will it still grow? or do i have to be cool like everone else and go out and buy a UV lamp.

no way man. thats shit doesnt have the correct spectrum for growing. Go uout and buy some fluoros if yur on a budget like me.

pretty sweet...my friend has his own cottage in the woods and make his shed into a grow room. Good results.

so i have to go buy some flurs? how much that cost? do i have to make a fancy box? can i just buy the lights and put it over the plant in my closet?

Heres a recipe for a cheap grow box.
-box made out of foam boards (white ones)
-2 big screw in fluoros(biggest ones availible)
-reflector
-a comp fan (cheap only like 5 $ at compusa)
-a timer
- outlet splitter for two bulbs...


wire it up and go to town!
