this is almost a life changing book for me, i plan on reading the others as soon as i finnish the first. i cant believe some of the stuff in this book. amazing. anyone familiar with it?

i was strongly reccomended Don Juan by a Wordsmith mate of mine...I would love to see some quotes??????

my dad is currently reading a book by him, its called "the road to 'some native tribes name'"

i cant remember that part, but yeah, i will read it after him.

Just to be clear, though, these quotes dont have anywhere near the power they do when read in context of the teachings of Don Juan. This was a completely different way of not just living, but existing, in an eternal sense, developed over thousands of years by Mazatec/Yaqui/etc tribes in the Mexican region. I highly recommend picking up as many books as you can by Carlos Castaneda on the subject of his lessons with Don Juan.
