I searched for a topic for Johnny Cash, and I was surprised I didn't find any.

Johnny Cash is one of the greatest storytellers of all time. He has lived through it all and fought to the end. He died two years ago from a disease and heartbreak after his wife died six months earlier. On July 4th his final cd came out American V: A Hundred Highways.

Anyway...any other Cash fans around?
I think drugs have done some good things for us, and if you don't believe me, do me a favor. Go home tonight and burn all your albums, tapes, and cd's. Because the musicians who made all that great music...rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreal fucking high on drugs.

Right here...Yeah, that's right...i listen to the Johnny Cash!! i dunno wut it is but his music alway made me fell all southern && stuff

lol, I used to always sing "I fell into a burning ring of fire.." that song, and it would drive me then boyfriend absolutly insane. haha, I love that song

It's good music.
Johnny Cash had a lifetime of drug use with amphetemines and cocaine. His life is a sad story but he dies a happy man.
He isn't country and he isn't rock, he isn't anything. He's just Johnny Cash.

im a full on metal head and even i like johnny cash, especially his cover of Hurt, johnny cash is the man.

I'm not afraid to admit that I didn't really listen to Cash until Walk the Line came out but since it has, it opened up a whole new window! I'm in love with it now :D

Johnny Cash rules. Best country and bluegrass music ever. Great stoner choons. Real shame about his death though. Poor bloke.
