how do i make my avatar smaller?

i see some cool ones i like but i cant get the url unless its been zoomed up to its maximum size

change the size using MSPaint and then upload it to www.photobucket.com

you would have to download some kind of GIF editing software, if you try to shrink it in paint it'll just turn it into a solid image, not animated.

but for anytihng still, you can go into mspaint, load the pic, and click the "Image" menu button at the top, then find "Stretch/Skew" and change the horizontal and vertical to like 75% or something, depending on how much you want to shrink it. 50% will make it half of its orginal size.

If you make it too small by accident, you can close it out without saving then reload it.
