best city

I know there are the obvious places like amsterdam and Vancouver but what is the best city to smoke with the most relaxed laws that are never talked about.

I live in Vancouver, Washington right across the river from Portland, Oregon. Smoking is pretty much tolerated in portland the cops ussualy wont bother you even if you are smoking in public.

I've never ever seen anyone busted for smoking in public in my city. I've seen people been arrested for selling and buying.

Italy is pretty cool...I smoked in Venice and Rome with cops passing...sometimes they ask for a hit too.

Both portugal and spain, have very relaxed laws towards cannabis, in spain they have weed plants just growing in peoples gardens, some of them are over 6ft tall!! germany is pretty safe too, i was there for a brief part of my life n getting weed was no issue (unless ur a resin smoker) im pretty sure its been decriminalised there now actually. However i could be wrong..

In Ohio you can have something like up to 100 grams!

I think Halifax and the province of Nova Scotia is pretty good for smoking in public. I have been on city and residential streets having a toke and never have any problems.

Well...I did have a woman in her 40's see me tokin' about 200 feet from "her son's elementary school" and "would appreciate it if I smoked my drugs elsewhere." She was pretty bitchy about it, and I agreed to myself that I shouldn't be smoking near a kids school. However I was out of sight and the kids were in class...not outside during lunch or recess.

Just for the hell of it, I saw a cop had pulled over a car (probably for speeding) and there was a nice set of stair directly across from his police cruiser. So I decided to put my balls on the line and see if anything would happen if I sparked up less than 40 feet from his traffic stop. I'm almost positive he saw me smoking and I made no effort to hide it by "pretending" I was smoking a cigarette.

He didn't bother me at all.

Well assuming you're in the US, Denver is probably the best city for relaxed weed laws...even though it's expensive there. There really is no "best city", just look around there's different laws for different places. Unless you wanna go to the Dam..different story.

I went to seatle For a bit, my freinds i was staying with seemed very Lax about where they Smoked so i never had to look out any windows or anything, it was Really Relaxing.
