Our numbers had dwindled, but there remained a few stalwarts and newcomers who thought 'fuck it, we are gonna ride out the storm and steer this ship into calmer waters'. And that is what we did. After my purge of undesirable elements from the site's core, I was obligated to put unprecedented effort into providing the Captain's role, which i had never previously attempted. And with the help of Greenthumb, CTCF, Cusmar, WhiteLIE, Zen, Dusk, GoreCore, and too many others to mention, the weedguru forums have recovered; the ship is now showing signs of reaching those calmer waters we had all hoped for.(Some recent stats:

Now that the donations have covered the hosting fees-thanks again to all those generous members- I can rest easy for another 11 months. So with my attentions turned back to the actual day to day running of the site I have decided to re-invigorate the weedguru inner sanctum. Doc's timely departure has spurred me into action and after due consideration and some discussion with several trusted mods/members, I am delighted to offer you three new moderators....

I am confident that they will all prove worthy acquisitions and well worth their transfer fees. And as much as i would love to set a gang of Animal clones onto the forums, I must admit that each of the new mods has shown themselves to be a sincere, useful, individual, creature. And it is for those three reasons that they have been asked to become more active in their roles on the site.
