Ok After 2 days, the seeds have started to sprout, the seeds have cracked and both have a little white coloured stem sticking out.

Will update you, ash

I have now planted one of the seeds in a small cup of soil, i have put it inside a shoebox lined with tinfoil (Without the lid on) lightly sprayed it with water, and sat it under my skylight window.

Should this be ok?

Thats the tap root. Time to plant it in soil now. Make sure the tap root faces down in the dirt.

What kinda soil you gonna use?

How much sunlight is it getting per day?

This is the point where it needs the most sun so keep that in mind. The more the better.

im unsure on the soil, just some my folks had round back. Its getting at least 12 hours of sunlight through the day, then im gonna put the lights on it tonight. all night.

I go on holiday soon, so i was hoping i could transplant the plant into nearby woods so my mate can look after it, would this mess the plant up, with the light cycles etc. Or will it be ok.

Thanks
Ash

does the plant need 24/7 light till it breaks soil?

Or will it be ok with just normal daylight all day then darkness at night

Thanks

Well just think, weed plants grew back in the day when advanced growing methods did not exist, I'm sure it will be fine with normal sunlight schedule. However, whether or not giving it light 24/7 makes for a better grow, I'm not sure. You'd have to ask someone here who knows more about growing than I.
