Would this work for a vaporizer?

So are you saying that you can only vaporise the THC in weed. So if you put anything other than weed in a vape, all you are doing if anything comes from it is burning it?

what?? thc is released by heating it, you dont have to burn it to release the thc.. vaporizer = heats up the weed wich releases thc

I know that. The question I was asking was if you tryed something different, like say salvia in a vaporiser would it still vaporise? Is there anything that can actually be vaped out of salvia or does it have to be smoked?

You can't use Salvia with vaporizers...the oils need high ass heat to burn effectively...that's why you smoke it out of a bowl or bong using a torch lighter

Actually, on that subject, that would mean that I need a store bought bowl right? I mean atm I am using tin foil bowls to shoke herbal stuff but to use a jet ligter on one of those would be a very bad idea am I right?

Anyting using tin foil or aluminum is bad...tiny metal flakes come off and lodge into your lungs...so yeah, get a glass piece

So ive been inspired.
i bought 1/4O last night... and i dont really have a pipe. i smoked out of a tin can last night, and finally, after searching, i found ONE salvageable light bulb in my house. So, i cleaned it out and made a vaporizer from it.
and it works like a charm. i just hold it over my lil candle here for a while, heating up the weed inside, and wait for a smokey atmosphere in the bulb. then i inhale through the straw!. definitely efficient.. and diffferent from pipe/bong high... if that makes sense... im toasted .
