American prime beef, Japanese Kobe and Argentine cattle.

japanase Kobe (kobe being the most precious of beefs) is 188 bucks a pound

and they use prolly only the best of the best cuts. I've come across Kobe once while cooking at kocomo's cooked right its amazing. its Beef foie gras.
