its just so easy to catch bush tryong to hide something at every turn that liberal media has a field day with it. it also bothers me that the mayor wasnt informed of this beforehand, that sounds straneg to me since he was in charge of early efforts. i think its bullshit on all sides here...and according to spike lee this was all a plot to get rid of black people in new orleans.

I don't think he hates them, he just doesn't want them living in his neighborhood. He doesn't care too much for poor people either, or anyone who won't give him any votes.

Did you ever wonder why lines for voting in poor neighborhoods are like 4 hours, and in the suburbs they're like 10 minutes? It's because government is a corrupt institution run by the fuckin conservatives.

Honestly, with all the lower middle class and poor in this country, and the fact that Bush fucked up big time in Iraq, do you think it's possible for a president that only caters to the wealthiest 10% of the country to win without corruption?

I think he sees the nation as a big pie chart, and the black and latino sections aren't doing him any favours so he'd prefer it if they weren't there.

Well Cubans tend to be supporters of the Republican party even though Bush has never done shit for them. He's more concerned with countries that fatten the pockets of him and his friends.

By the way guys what I meant by my question was that Bush knew that the levees were going to bust yet he didnt do a thing about it, denied knowing anything, and took forever to respond to the problem.

I hate Spike Lee. He's such a pompus dickhead. He tried to sue TNN/Spike TV becuase of the name they chose (Spike TV). He's the paranoid black man that thinks everyone is being racist towards blacks. He's an idiot.

I've never seen any of his documentaries but he's made some good movies. I dont have much else to say about the guy but in this case he was right Bush knew about the levies and didnt do a damn thing about it, then to add to it he denied his knowledge of the situation. So sometimes being a paranoid black man can lead you to the truth, especially when it comes to the Bush administration.

Agreed, but there's the African American that complains about being racially attacked when they are attacked, and there's the African American that complains about believing to be racially attacked...all the time. It's not a once in a while thing, he feels like he's constantly being persicuted based on the color of his skin. So yeah, he was right in this instance, but none others. (I remember hearing in the past a bunch of times about him complaining about being treated differently because of his skin color, don't remember the circumstances though)

i hate bush just as much as the next guy (mainly because he doesnt seperate church and state) but was kerry any better? we need to get rid of all the damn aristocrats who havnt worked for shit and are just living off the family fortune it dusgusts me. when i become fuckin president fuckin weed well be legal and all the people who deserve it will be mistreated and poor. thank you and have a nice day.

I agree 100% with you. The problem is our entire political system in relation to its people. The people serve the government and all its corrupt politicians. The only way any of this is going to change is through an entire overhaul of the way government is run in this country. Somewhere along the line the political agendas became more important than the people they claim to help. It frustrates me just thinking about it. America is in some really dark times right now and it seems to just be getting worse.

lol makes you wonder what would have happened if the south had won the civil war... If the unitd states had been cut in two instead of one giant corrupted empire we would have 2 smaller ones, I doubt we would have been involved in as many wars as we have been (Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, ect.) and perhaps the world would be a better place now before the slavery issue is brought up I doubt slavery would have survived long after the war in the south seeing as it was a flailing to begin with even if the south tried to keep slaves there was enough northerners at the end to help free so many slaves that the risk of owning a slave would have eventually outweighed the profit of having them.... or am I just stoned?

I've been thinking about it a lot lately and what the fuck is wrong with the world today. There's people telling me what I can and can't do, and they have an organized system to make sure I'm not doing anything they've decided is bad.
