help with bubbler

i was wonderin if anyone could point me to a visual of how to use a bubbler.

fill with water untill the water sits about 1/2 a inch abouve the end of the down pipe, put in your bud, lights and take your finger off the shot hole 2 secs before your done tokin`, thats it !
