I need help making a bong.. I dont know what to do.. they say smoking out of metal is bad for you.. so I dont know what to use for a bowl..

I guessin short.. what should I use for a bowl?

metal for example a 5/8 socket from a socket set or tin foil if your desperate (which is bad for you)

only metals ive heard that are bad are copper, tin, and aluminium

well for a good bowl for your bong would be a 5/8 socket and a pen and some good ol window screen but make sure u burn the screen real good before u put it in the bowl tho.
