Hey, just bought my first bong and am giving it a spin

Just a little question, should I be inhaling a bit slower? Cos my bong is fairly small and when i took my finger off the shotgun hole i found the hole was possibly too small and the air couldnt get out wuick enough so it kept sucking in smoke. I hope this makes some sense

ive never seen a bong with a carb (little hole) usually i just pull out the bowl then rip it

yeah does your bowl come out?? my friend has a bong with a small hole and it doesnt clear either, kind of annoying, but ur not doing anything wrong, just cover the toop when ur not smokin

The bongs that don't come with "holes" (carbs) have slides, which just slide out the bowl.

Suck it all back, and it sounds like your bong kinda sucks.. watch out for the cheapo's

Well, I made sure I got a glass one and it was $20. I think I just need to do what canadianbud said and take out the bowl to clear it. Also, should my bong already smell after only getting high out of it once?

oh yea it will pong, if you have problems pullin your bong, clean the gauze, could be blokced.

wash it with soap and water after every use and rinse well, shouldnt start to smell for about a month or so, after that just buy some rubbing alcohol and clean it out with that, should be good as new.
