I noticed alot of stories on here about getting caught red handed. I was wondering if maybe they could all be merged to one thread and stickied. If not, why not have tried. Anyway, this just happened to my friend here in college, he's on 3 months probation.

My friends were driving back from Memphis down 55 (about an hour and a half journey). They had been blazing the entire time, firing up, smoking over and over. Well, dumb ass driving decides to do 85 and draw attention to the car. They get pulled over, all their shit is smoked, but the car reaks of weed so the cop decides to search. My friend still had some stuff, so he put it in his jacket pocket. The cops took his hookah that was in the trunk and a few other things to bust him for paraphanelia. They also took his jacket but gave it back to him because it was cold. So he was now sitting in the county jail with a jacket on. The next morning everyone else got the money to bail him out. He walked right out of jail, got his 3 months probation and it'll be expunged from his record..but get this...

The weed was still in his jacket through out the entire night. He was sitting in jail with a bag of weed the cops MISSED!

Ha same shit happened to me a couple months ago. I got arrested for breaching one of my court conditions, and when they caught me i had a gram in my wallet and a five-piece rolled up in paper in my jacket. the piggy at the station that searched me just opens up my wallet (which clearly had a huge buldge in it were the bud was) takes out the random cards I had in it and says to the other cops there "the wallet has 3 plastic cards, and is devoid of anyother item."then tosses it into the property bag. As for the five-piece in my jacket i had it on me the whole time, since they let me have my jacket. They searched me FOUR times ( they search you even time they move you to a different division) and never found it. I didnt even know i had it till the next day, and then i just ended up eatting it because i didnt want to get caught with it. I even had a bong on me when they arrested me and they let me keep it. The whole four days i was in jail that dime was the only thing i was thinking about, I think might have been the best dime I ever smoked in my life.

shit today in socials we had 20 mins of silent reading and me and my buddy decided to ditch that and go blaze. we came back and sat down then some teacher vice principle whatever came and took me to his office. he kept saying i smell like drugs and what was i doing up ther in the woods and shit and told me to empty my pockets. i was like wtf no you cant look in my pockets and he said if you dont im gonna get the police and i wouldnt show the vp cuz i had my pipe and chron and shit in my pockets. the cop came and told me that he was gonna take me in handcuffs down to the station and search me ther if i dont show him now so i showed him all my weed(about an eighth), pipe, grinder and 50 dime baggies i had( the smoking store in town sold them for like a dollar per 200 so i bought a bunch). the cop proceded to tell me that i was going to be charged with possesion of marijuana and intent to sell. he also took my ipod and said that it was probably stolen. im suspended from school for a week, 24 hours comunity service and i might have to go to court to see if any harsher things will happen. i also have a record that says im a drug user and potential drug dealer which wont let me go to bunch of countries and shit.


i felt a need to tell the people here, if anyone can give me advice in what to do i never been in shit like this with the law before so i dono any advice would be really helpful.

it was dumb on your half to be carrying that much paraphanelia and weed in your pockets. NEVER carry stuff on you at school. i dont know how it works in BC but here you would have been expelled and sent to drug court and some kind of rehab program.

I suppose its too late now but pre rolled spliffs are what you need. They've got no reason to search you until you've smoked and dont have anything on you.

i didnt think much of it since ive never been caught before so i just always carry stuff on me. luckily all i had was 3 grams but all this shit that faggot cop is doing by saying im a drug dealer and user and other cops should look out for me n shit is it just this 1 cop who is a real hard ass or are all cops this gay

they tend to be alot nicer when they dont suspect a kid of dealing at a school. they werent that far off to suspect you if you had 50 dime bags on you. your pockets must have been bulging alot with an 8th, grinder, pipe, and baggies. check the laws in your area and what they tend to do with offenders, im surprised that they didnt lock you up with that intent to sell charge.

I had a buddy once, got caught in possesion of over an ounce in his schoolbag one day. Was lucky he could ever come back to the school. Remember kids, when you're doing drugs at school, play safe, and always think of ways you could get caught before they actually happen

you shouldnt have showed him, they couldnt have cuffed you and taken you to the station, and the cop knew that he bluffed, and you bit on it. happened to a friend of mine, cop pulled beside him on a street, said he looked like he was stoned, searched him without consent and cuffed him and took him in. kids lawyer talked to the police station, unless they see you smoking or see the weed they cant search you, so the cops dropped the hole thing.

Iv been caught for weed, but when my mom was talking to me about it all she said that i would be in wayyyy more trouble and she would have much more pissed off if i had been smoking cigs. So in her mind weed isnt as bad as cigs, wich is a good thing for me

oh and Insane, the cop took your ipod cos he said it was prob stolen?? your ass got jacked man, get a decent lawyer and say you were searched without proper evidence and that your iPod was stolen from you by the officer, the station will drop the case most likely.

just so you don't get caught, here's a good hiding place, some jeans have an extra little pocket half-hidden on the right side inside the big one that's a great place to hide about 8th. might not work if you get patted down though, but if they just make you pull your pockets inside out, it'll work.
