Well, the biggest place would be Amsterdam I believe. Although up in QLD (Australia) the government really don't care who grows or smokes what (anyone ever been to Nimden?)

here in nova scotia canada u can have up to 15 grams and walk right by a police and not get in shit. but have over that you'll get a fine, but nothing on your police record. *walks up to police officer dangles lil baggy of weed infront of him and goes neener neener neener*

in ontario, canada its decriminalized, u can own 2 plants per household and u can have up to 15grams without gettin in shit with the cops, u could walk right by em an wave it in their faces now lol
