Hahah. We hardly even get in trouble in Canada. I've been busted a few times and searched. Twice they diddn't even confinscate my pot and i had a half ounce on me, and they found it. Another time I saw the police blazing in a park by my house. It was hilarious.

thank you for the post. I hope that everyone here at least scans it. This applies to users, growers, sellers, and anyone who might get caught with weed. Fortunately, the generally insane sentencing guidelines (210 months - do the math) are reserved for people with insane ammounts of pot - 30,000 kilograms - roughly 75,000 pounds of pot. For those of us who deal in grams or eights or at most ounces, if caught and aggressively procesuted (unusual, unless you have a criminal history) in California, the mandatory sentence for posession of an ounce or less is a $100 fine. I was convicted of drunk driving when I was young, and it was far worse than posession of weed - as it should be. Posession of an ounce of weed doesnt threaten the lives of innocent poeple around you with a two ton speeding death threat operated by an intoxicated asshole (me, in this case). I learned my lessson.

Also, in California, citizens can get medical permission, recognized legally by the state, to posess and grow pot. This is a huge step toward a sane policy regarding pot.

I really hope you all at least try to read the potbust information. Its enlightening.

I hate people who call other people (jokingly or not) snitches. That's just not cool. I've broken a few fingers on people who just randomly call me a snitch. I'll be like "Stfu. You don't know me" and then you hear cracking noises, that do not comfort.

Yup. A snitch is a snitch. If someone calls you a snitch for no reason, that's stupid. But if you snitch on someone, that person has the right to call you a snitch whether it tickles your fancy or not. And if it's me, I'm coming over with my spike studded brass knuckles and a lead pipe.

Anyways..

That guide is ridiculous. Any guide that includes a section called "how to snitch" should not exist.

Ive always had this idea why the government don't make weed legal in the UK. I think its because they can't tax it, instead they make it illegal so that they can fine people for possesion does anyone agree with me?
