The tulip is a way to get FUCKEN stoned ,FUCKEN quikly...it resembels a tulip flower out of Rizz.`cept the middle is full of cronic and the pettle (per say) catches all the falling ash.If you finnish one (to yourself) of Northern Lights you`ll trip for at least 3 days.Its sort of like oragami with sliff and rizzla.Leave me a mesage if you want instructions on how to roll one.
