How cruel. Doncaster were winning 2-1 with 30 seconds of extra time left to go, and that lanky prick Gilberto pops up with a goal to take it to penalties. The Doncaster players were so obviously shattered by getting cheated out of the win that they just didnt have the confidence left to get through the penalties. This is just typical of Arsenal. At least we have an english back bone, even your youth team are all foreigners. And they were robbed. They could, and should, have been 3-0 up and had all the better chance, you only equalised the first time via a cruel deflection. Almunia was fantastic and kept you in it, otherwise you could very well have been embarrased like Villa were. And an equalising goal in the final 30 seconds of extra time after such dogged defending is getting robbed whichever way you look at it. You were lucky, very, very lucky, and you'll probably go on to win it now. On penalties.
