a vaporizer is a electric powered pipe (perfect to smoke in your room while parents in the house). i suggest you not to make one since it need some eleric shit. but its a metal plate that heats up to a certasin temperature and the weed burns in a way that only thc smokes goes in your lung

1. its unneccesary to further filter vaporized hits
2. if bongwater hits the electricity, you could die.

dont make a vaporizer into a bong.

he's probably talking about one of those handheld glass-bubble vaporizers that you heat with a lighter..
I have one of those, works like a charm.. portable and takes up no space, uses no electricity.
I have no idea how to make one into a bong though.. and as Luke said, why would you want to filter it even more?
