Those of you who want to understand what's going on in France right now, try and find a movie called "La Haine" (The Hatred).

edit:just finished watchin a whole news report on this...it said the kid died when they were running away from police. running from the police is necessary sometimes but why would you run into a electric plant?!?oh well

now theyre all destroying there own shit but how is that bettering the situation. This is the same deal that blacks use to have in the US but they would bust there ass or sell shitloads of drugs and use money to infiltrate white society same things with the Cubans in miami during the '80s.
Its an endless cycle and the riots are fueling it.

It's not a stupid thing to say because money makes the world go round. All I hear is bullshit, poor Arabs, poor him, poor her, but people don't really do shit to help those people out, just like nobody helped the Serbs out when we were getting the shit kicked out of us. All rich people do is talk bullshit to ease their own mind about their own pain. That's called hipocrisy. The only way those people will get better is if the powerful Arabs outside of France help them out, no other way. This world is modern slavery people, rich countries feed off the poor. It will always be that way just like it has always been that way.

"La Haine" is a kickass movie btw, one of the best I've ever seen.

poverty might be a reason for crime sometimes but how can you say its the only reason. i commit a crime everyday by smoking weed and that has nothing to do with poverty. or if a girl gets raped what does that have to do with poverty. or a wife kills her husband.
poverty is not the only reason crimes are committed

And especially the reason that triggered the riots. 25% of the people in Clichy-sur-Bois, where the riots started, are without a job, 90% lives in desolate appartment blocks, 50% is younger than 28.

I'm just disinclined now to believe that the people of France just believe riotting is the answer to most of their problems, hisotrically at least. And the riots are always usually over the same problem. There are people that have things, and people that don't, and usually the people who don't greatly outnumber the people that do, and therefore believe they're entitled to a portion of what the people who have things have.

People just need to drop their pride once in a while and look out for the best interests of the public as a whole, despite the many divisions within this whole. The rich don't want to show weakness or compassion by giving to these riotters and the riotters don't want to give up their pride by trying negotiations. They believe it should be their way because they know whats best for themselves and can't trust the people who have because they would most likely only be diverting their have-nots attention so the haves can acquire more.

IT IS A SAD VICIOUS ENDLESS CYCLE, but it doesn't have to be. I said this in another thread but Trying to solve a problems in terms dictated by the problem only serves to amplify the problem at hand.

Either way, in the interests of pure chaos "Viva la Revolution!"
