I have one more question about niacin. I want to know how efficiently it works. Is it guarenteed to clear you system 100% of the time or 80% of the time. I am playing hooky from school today just because I need to get my thoughts together about everything that is happening right now. This isnt the only thing that is happening to me right now.

I spent time in Juvi and later in life a weekend in jail - county. Juvi scared me more but I was a kid. It was mostly boring, I spent my 5 days reading and following the daily chores, didnt talk to anyone, no one talked to me or even approached me.

I will be surprised if you get even 1 day in Juvi. Are your folks willing to go bat for you? I imagine they will try to tie the drinking to school formally (do you go to public school? Some have a Zero Tolerance policy which extends to off campus behavior, which is the worst fate I think - getting kicked out of school for a year would SUCK. They may (CA does this) suspend your driving license for a year - its a mandatory year here for any minor caught with any measurable alcohol in their blood. Plus other shit, fines, time serving community service etc. If your folks will fight with you go with them to the school Dean and tell him you were not party to this event, you are being scape-goated and as there is no evidence (no cops saw you, only some kids snitching because they were probably threatened with suspension or worse plus possible criminal charges, so they just started spitting out names. Have your mom or dad tell the Dean they are 100% behind you and will take it to the school board and the Superintendent of the district if they have to, but you wont be punished for something you 1) didnt do, 2) with NO proof to substantiate these ridiculous accusations, 3) smearing your reputation, 4) endangering your fast-track to college (no good school will take an offender with a year of suspension unless you have a 4.0 or are a star athlete or something, thus 5) endangering your future status. Have them tell the Dean that if accusations without evidence is his basis for disciplinary action that they want to see every kid involved brought before THEM and see these kids all punished at the same degree you are, and generally raise hell.

wow. Around here my schools is the appitimy of what kids shouldnt do. Alcohol use is next to open with 99% of the school population getting drunk all the time. 2 out of 3 people smoke weed. People dont even get arrested for drinking around here. Weed however is a different story. But sometimes they wont arrest u. Its better they just beat u and yell at u for a bit and then tell u to go home.
