Hey everyone. Long time no see.

I have just came back to wg, and just had a look at the "when threads go wrong" topic... and holy shit. What has happened to this place!?

BG is gone, jusme is gone... everyone seems pissed off!

im taking over the entire site, thats whats happening, as of november 1st at 12 at night the site will be mine, the mods will lose there powers

and ill be the only mod on the site.

Something was wrong with the coding of the site, not all phpBB sites were like that for me, so theres something on the site that totally FUCKS with my AdBlock, and makes it unreadable almost. So whenever I come here I just turn it off temporarily...

most of the shit started when just.me got banned, and then ppl flamed at animal and he retaliated and things increased from there. And the PhBB errors didnt help the situation very much

i looked at the site intensly for the first time in 20 years and i was very unhappy by what i discovered.

this word 'flaming' seems to be inappropriate. my 'retaliation' basically has been an attempt to curb some of the most violent,sexist and downright nasty posting on the site.

so there hasnt been, and there is no dispute. moreover there is a more pro-active stance been adopted by myself in regards to moderating this site. it is my intention and hope to strive towards a open community where some basic rules are followed.

in short, thats it!

if people want to try make a carnival out of anti-sexism/racism/abuse then i will certainly not lose ne sleep if they end up leaving the site.

i hope that weedguru can continue to flourish and recover from this massively overdue 'pruning' of what i percieve to be dead leaves on the vast WG tree........
