Nirvana: Icons or Overrated?

Yeah, its a great masterclass in good pop rock.
There was a really good program on BBC with Butch Vig about producing Nevermind, all the bits where they left the mistakes in etc. I think its something in the way where he starts singing in the wrong place but they just left it in. They tried to do it in the studio but couldn't get it right so kurt was just messing about playing it in the control room and butch just recorded that and it was used on the album. Must have been hard to drum and bass to that though, I think they did a load of punches over the top.
