you people should check this out...

it talks about parallel universes..scientists believe our universe is just one of many or infinite bubbles which are universes and the big bang which created our universe wasnt the beginning of everything. there was time and space before our universe was created and this big bang could happen all the time making other universes. if this kinda shit interests you, you should read that article and check out the link at the bottom on the Q&A with Michio Kaku, theres some interesting stuff in there too.

yeah, i believe there's something out there, but i can't agree with anything that organized religion has come up with. the god/gods they worship always seem so hypocritical to me. i just do my own thing and i figure that in the end, if i've been a good person then i've done all right. i have to say tho, i don't believe in the afterlife. i think i'll just die and i won't know anything more, so there's nothing to be afraid of. carpe diem all the way.
if there's no gold at the end of the rainbow, i'll take the pot

Yes genius, we live in a universe of infinites, that is the whole pointMrBrown wrote:evolution is a load of shit ur gonna tell me we were randomly created. Theres a better chance of u getting struck by lightning 50 times before the big bang would ever happen
How are molymers and polymers relavent to anything here? But just so you don't start ranting at me, a molymer is a singular structure or molecule. A polymer is many molymers stuck together (poly meaning 'many'). They join the way atoms join to form a molecule. It isn't a mystery. Nylon is a polymer, it is easy to make by heating the molecules into strings and weaving them together, its not a difficult process at all, nylon is everywhere.

My take on it, with me being an astronomy student and a Baptist, is that God created the universe by starting what we call the Nebula Theory: our Universe started out as a big ball of dust and debris(a nebula) which spun around causing chunks to split off and merge together to create the sun and 9 differentplanets. Then, I think God was like "This place needs some life to it." So he then created dinosaurs (since science says they were around before mammals). Then an asteriod or whatever hit Earth and killed all the dinosaurs so he made monkeys (but called them something else) and stuff to take their place, two of which he named Adam and Eve. Then the monkeys evolved into what we call modern day humans. I say God contols everything and that he is a scientist, and we are his experiment kind of like a giant ant farm.

I think there are aliens out there, too. I just think they're intelligently so far ahead of us, that we haven't even begun to think of Earth's possibilities. Also, you should watch The Fifth Element - wouldn't that be cool if we were allies with another planet someday??
