I completely disagree. My uncle lewis jones used to play for leeds and also for wales and he is fucking massive. Not so much anymore because he's really old but he's still damn big. Rugby is completely pad free, american football players are caged in padding.

just because they wear alot of padding in the sport they play doesnt meen that ther weak.. most lineman in the NFL are fucking huge. 250 pound tough mother fuckers. i wouldnt wanna take a punch from them
