Technically they cant. With dial up you are given a new IP everytime you log on and with broadband your stuck with the same one

in very rare cases (like 1/10,000,000) they can. but i have bb so my IP address will stay the same which is why conditions are quite unfavorable for me.

To be honest, i think even if it is a coincidence, we should ban him anyway. He doesn't bring anything to the site, and i actually feel like it's making me stupider just reading his posting. I swear my IQ drops like 10 points for every one of his inane ramblings i read.

theres no point in me or anyelse defending me as many people quite dislkie me; even if proven innocent ppl will still vote to ban me so ill just leave. I am going to distribute seeds to those that i liked.

I always knew somebody was behind that Kule Guy the whole time. Ive said it before already.

This kind of thing has happened more then once in the past.

Nobodys going to come on here and do something stupid like that without knowing how the boards work before.

aww shit, i was chattign with satanus0 and he made me realize that me and my friends created a shit account that me, my friends, family, and acquaintences know the pw to and when we create fake acounts/dont want to give out our real email address we use that one. ill see if kule has that as his email address. its icup_666@hotmail.com
