probabtion and bail is different, bail is when youve just been arrested and they let you go home with our without conditions, probabtion is when your punishment has been decided and they let you out but you must follow rules

oh ok I get ya. So for instance someones condition's of probation could be: not allowed to leave the country, NO trouble with the police, Attend 25 hours community service. That sorta thing or have I completely misunderstood?

my friend had to pick up trash and it just so happens i drove past him one morning. What makes it worse is that i drove back by there and threw and empty McDonalds cup out of my window.

I'm on probation right now but I'm not allowed to leave my province, let alone the country for 2 years or so. The other conditions I have are to not carry any illegal weapon, do not use drugs or alcohol (HAHA), not allowed in bars, and must keep the peace( IE..not get arrested for anything else) Aviolations means I go back to jail.

higher those are some tight rules, i suppose it could be worse though. do you not get drug testing?

Nope , no drug testing

They can do that here but it has to be authorized by the judge at sentencing. On my form, there is no X beside drug testing

Means I can't own or license a hunting rifle and I can't carry kitchen knives in my pockets

The opportunity for me to live in spain came up today so natrually I jumped at the opportunity. My parents bought a house over their for a holiday house and I was talkin to them bout it and my mum said that if i wanted I could go over their for a few weeks and take some mates etc...... So I asked if they would mind how long I went for and they said it dont bother them. So we got chattin bout it and it turns out if I can get enough money by august then ill be movin over their for about 9months. Will only be comin back to the UK for christmas and maybe the odd weekend to see family.
