Car Wreck (long story)

oh man im so pissed off rt now. i got n a car wreck on aug 27. i was drivin my 2 friends and my cousin home, and we started to get chased by this other guy, so i was driving a little fast and this guy was about 1 or 2 inches away from hitting me, so i was pulling up to a stop lite that was green so i kept going, but i got in the turn lane to go left, and the 2nd lite 2 get on to the parkway (kinda like a highway but w/ hardly any traffic) turned yellow, i was lk i know i can loose this guy on the parkway no prob. so i was making a left turn on a yellow lite and when i was n the middle of the intersection my lite turned red and the stop lite on the other side of the street turned green and me and this guy hit each other, so we pulled off to the side of the road and we were looking at the damage done to the vehicles and i was freakin out cuz that was my gma's car and it was a lot of damage (my front end hit his front driver's fender) my gma's car was either going to be totaled or it was going to cost about $3000 (its totaled now) so i was freakin out and the guy i hit looked shitfaced drunk and he was lk "i dont want any trouble, i just want my truck fixed cuz i need it for work, im not even going to sat that i have injuries cuz i dont" i was like yea me 2, i have no injuries and i dont want any trouble, so we wait for the cops 2 come and when the cop gets there he got both of us a tow truck gets both of our liscenses and insurances, and waits until we all of us had a ride home. this guy even asked me b4 the cop had come "were u guys partyin or wut?" i was lk no we were just on our way home, then i asked him if he was partyin cuz his face was dark red and his eyes were bloodshot and he would never ans me. so my gma called her insurance person and they called me, i gave them my statement, and she said she would get a hold of him and get his statement, well its been about 3 wks since the wreck and then yesterday this lawyer called me, but i didnt ans cuz i didnt recognize the #, he left a message that he was trying to get a hold of me. i told my gma he called, she called her insurance lady and she said that he is now complaining of injuries and he has hired a lawyer and he wont give her a statement, but she thinks it will still be deemed as his fault because he had said that he saw me in the middle of the intersection and he didnt know if i was going to stop or not, and when he got the green lite he just started to go (how stupid is that?!?) so she thinks it will still be his fault but until she can get this all straightened out she said not to talk to that lawyer. can u fucking believe this guy? what a fucking dick head, im so pissed right now.

but i dont know if he was shitfaced, i only say that by how he looked, his face was red and so were his eyes, me and my friend think he was shitfaced, and he never would ans me when i asked him if he was partying. and now he wants to say he has injuries, its been 3 wks

i really dont know, they didnt do that to either of us, so i dont know if they do that here or if this cop was just too lazy to do it. after he got the statements from both of us, and called the tow trucks he just sat in his car

Well if they are meant to do it and they didnt then his whole arguement is thrown out of the window because the crash wasnt handled properly
