im just wondering why my sprouts are growing so slow.is it my lights because im only using a 15 watt fluoro and a 23 watt cfl equivalent to a 100 watt incandescent?

I think most people use 250 watt lights, so that could be your problem. Did you germ them?

yea they have but there really weird . there is no large center stem, theres just small 2 small stems with a couple leaves on each. one of the stems is purple and the leaf is purple and its been like that for a week now. the other stem is green. one more thing, i got a 150 watt grow light. how do u think that will do and how close to the plant does it need to be.i have it about a foot and a half above it?
