i managed to make a two paper joint with two cigs before. i ripped off the filters and jammed them together, gutted the filthy cig baccy out and filled it with some nice chop. took my fucking ages though in an act of sheer desperation. never again.....

dont do it. cig paper burns fast as hell and youll probrably need to keep relighting. plus if you leave the filer like tweedle said it filters out THC. also, ive tried cutting out the butt and cutting it in half like a cigar, but it doesnt work because unlike cagars that have an oversized paper (leaf technicall) that is just tucked under, cigarettes have just enough and are sort of glued on. also, you can wet cagarette paper. its like when you piss on a roll of toilet paper. doesnt work out.
