No,no,no man you got that all wrong. Shotput and javelin rule.A_Fire_Inside wrote:Let us not forget Running, Shot Put, Javelin.Weedguru Higher wrote:Curling and golf have to be the two most boring sports man invented
Golf requires alot of skill and precision.
*Higher shows his fellow Weedguru members several trophies and medals he got from playing the two above sports in highschool. And being in grade 7 was the second best player in the entire school.
For running, well I hate sprinting myself, but don't mind watching it on tv. I prefer long distance running like 1200 meter and more

Not by a long shot pal, in curling, every shot is basically the same shot. Curling must have been invented by some old lawn-bowlers who thought that the younger generation needed to continue the sport. So they used ice instead of grass, an overgrown kettle instead of a ball, and make them all look like they shit themselves.Nine_of_Hearts wrote:I'd have to say that curling was at least as exciting as the likes of figure skating, and swimming!
I'm sure you's need just as much skill and precision to curl as to golf!
Death is the only certainty. EVERYTHING else is variable.

yeah, except that the ice surface changes dramatically during play, and that you have to worry about the othe kettles that are around the jack. The biggest skill you need in golf is the patience to follow a little white ball around for hours on end, occasionally swiping a big stick at it
