Was waiting for someone to say something like that, there is no way in hell the girl is talking about how long it takes to get stoned. And for me, it's usually between 5 and 10 minutes, sometimes quicker if I'm havin an off day, sometimes longer for example if I'm drunk.

If im not stoned/drunk, then it usually takes about 10-15 min. I've found that when i am high, i also turn into a one minute man on most occasions.

Now if i am drunk, then i can go for a longer period of time.

Ok that is seriously fucked up dude. Like i said somewhere else, i respect the fact that animal has some sort of problem with drinking, for reasons he has not divulged and i'm sure are not of my business, and deleting the drinking forum was fair enough, i understand the reasons behind that and it's cool, but censoring the word drunk? That, to me, is ridiculous.

Censoring the word for the effect of a legal drugs that is used by the majority of the adult world, when there is an entire other drug forum, in which there is a sticky named ''top five favourite drugs,'' in which there are numerous thread about cocaine, ecstacy and a whole range of fucked up drugs and combos? These topics are acceptable but i can't say the word drunk?

I always thought these forums encouraged freedom of speech, with only things far beyond the lines of human decency being censored, is drinking really rated on a par with vile racism and such like?

Alcohol has its dangers, many of them in fact, and i can totally see your viewpoint of it as an offensive drug and a problem, but how can somebody who themselves use a much persecuted drug be hipocrital enough to be telling people what they should and shouldn't be doing. To advise is one thing, to attempt to dictate is quite another.

You want people to share your opinion on this subject wouldn't it be better to put across your side of the story, to present us with the information, recollection of experience or whatever evidence which has proved so damning in your mind, and to try and spark a moment of realisation in people who never thought it possible? Despite being a drinker, i do believe that on some levels your are right about alcohol (based around the few vague reasons i have seen to date) but you went about this in the wrong way in my opinion, and i think you are forgetting that even the best of drugs have their negatives side effects.

Don't get me wrong dude, i have nothing but respect and gratitude for the hard work and money you guys have put into this site to make it the enjoyable place we know and love, but freedom of speech is a topic i feel very strongly about and i always thought this forum shared my view.

I would be interested to here your response, if you dont want to do it publicly i would glady discuss it with you over msn.
