hi im back bigger and badder than ever lol i have not been here for a very long time due to alot of personal problems including depression and in laymans terms periods of mental unstability. However i am now back after passing through that tortures path full off my personal demons and im all the bettte for it lol. i am though best shape of my life and all of that also i have come to a few decissions about where my life is and where it's going so there you have it looking forward to catching up with some peeps and mostly ofering any and all of my knoledge about that wonderful puff. oh and a bit of adivse BE HAPPY and Bob Marley dose help through bad times so lie ack and listen.

i changed my name just before i left but we never really chatted that much you were absent for a long time affter i joined but i hope to be activ on the board again so all that will changes cheers guys
