...lots of telephone lines are still down and there's a good chance they are stuck at home.. they live on the 18th floor of their apartment building..so little chance of the flood getting to them...they're probably stranded in the house though..not worrying too much really cos both my cousins serve in the military (one's a paratrooper and one's a tank driver) so i hope they have the brains (and the balls) to do something about their situation by themselves....wth is with india ?
