How much does it matter if i've used 99% of my memory. As long as i always have more that 200mb it's ok, right?

It's a pentum 4 proccesser and i dont know what OS means. Please bear in mind i need this all in layman's terms, i'm a total technophob.

operating system, such as xp ect.

if thats at a high level, somthing sucking up your computers mojo lol

if thats the case check the process for unknown progs running, dont close them call because you need some of them to run

this is a bit random but if your using limwire get limewire pro i can give it you for free cause limewire uses loads of cpu
