first grow, useing miracle-gro

I started my seeds in 1/2 gallon pots with miracle-gro potting soil in my kitchen closet with 2 65 watt grow lights. it has been 5 days and there now 4 inches tall. I just put the seeds in moist soil and now have 9 babies in 9 diferent pots............. Is this a good start? Lights are on from 7 am till 10 pm

though the grow lights may work you will want to change them or move the plant into sunlight all day, those lights will work but you will get much better resulsts with better lights, from what i here miricale grow is not good for growing pot for some reason maybe someone else can explain...but i have a 15 inch tall plant that is in miricale grow but its enriched or something. also since your plant is still quite young you may want to consider longer light hours espeically if you only have two small light for 9 plants, i think just 24 hour light until it starts getting a lil bit bigger. remember not to tell anyone of your plants even though it feels great to and that only about half are going to make it (plants dying and males)

so far so good, there about 6 weeks old and have 5 sets of branches. I'm keeping the light kinda low to keep my plants short, so far there only about 1 foot tall. I got my first set of 7 fingered leaves today, been watering about once a week and keeping the light on 25/7. I have been useing a spray boutle to soke the leaves 3-4 times a day with a selution of rain water with mirical plant food deluted by 75%. they seem to be likeing this much. Being my first time growing, I would apreashate any sugestions. I know I can't spell, and I don't care

Stop with spraying them with MG. Read up on growing. MG is crappy but better than nothing. What lights are you using? The MG can burn the leaves btw.

wish I could get a better pic for you, but my cam is on it's last leg I think. I need a new 1. They do have new small branches spouting out from in between the other branches. the new 1's are about 1 inch long now

Dont use the Miracle Grow, it may work well for the tomatoes and other vegetables but it's just not very good quality stuff for marijuana. I think you should invest in some SuperThrive which is an organic plant booster.

I hear it works very well, and it makes your plants grow very big, strong, and bushy.
