I used a welding gun for a vaporiser once, basically at the end of it we stuck a little round thing for the bowl, put an empty milk jug over it, poked a carb in the milk jug, let the shit heat up till it got real smokey in there, and hit away. It was pretty good but it took way too long for my taste, I'd rather roll up a blunt any day.
