Ok.. When i learnt this i was around 14. and a few of my friends said they made this up it needs to be done between 2 people. for it to effect bascily. one person say's one line the other says the other so on.. and it loops. till one makes a mistake and get spun out.. trust me it works well. takes a while to learn it off by heart ! . ok here we go.

then i returns to what man.so it will be like this
